Strength:
A) CJ from blocks @ BK: Find max complex of 2+1 in 10 min THEN complete 4 singles every 45 sec @ max 2+1
B) Clean Deadlift + Hang Clean Pull: 100/5+5*4 sets, rest 90 sec

Conditioning:
Complete the following: 800m run @ 100% intensity, 800m jog @ 50% intensity: 4 sets (yes that is 4 miles, yes this is going to suck, and yes your 800 times should degrade. If they don’t you didn’t run @ 100%)

Skill:
A1) GHD Hip Ext: 3×10
A2) Overhead Med Ball Throws: 3×8 as far as possible (14/10)
