B) Power Snatch From Blocks @ BK + Snatch From Floor: 60/2+2, 70-75/2+1*4 sets

C) Snatch Pull Down From Hip: 85-90/6*3 sets, follow demo but start and finish at the hips

Strength:

A) FS: 5×5 @ 80%

B) BN Snatch Grip Press: 4×6 AHAP

C) Strict TTB: 3×10
