140412: Deep Performance

A) 10 sets: 3 Cleans @ 75%, rest 45 sec exactly
B) Split Jerk Recovery in Power Rack: 4 sets of 3 + 15 sec OH hold on 3 rep of each set @ 100% or more, rest 90 sec

8 Rounds: High Handle Prowler Push x 20 sec @ ME, rest 60 sec, use a weight that allows you to move @ 90% intensity for all 20 seconds

  1. A. Done at 198. That was really taxing.
    B. 3 sets at 286. 1 set at 308. Jerk max is 255
    Done at 280. It’s all I could fit with the weights I had. Around 40-50 meters each time.
