Weightlifting:
A) Muscle Clean: 50/3, 60/3*2 sets
B) CJ From blocks @ bottom of knee: 60/3, 70/2, 75/2, 80-85/2+1*4 sets
C) Clean Grip RDL: 3×8 @ 85% of max clean

Strength:
A) On Toe Split Jerk: 4 sets of 5 AHAP
Jerk Dips: 4 sets of 2 @ 120%+
C) DB Bench Press: 3×8

    C) 300

    Strength:
    A) 95 (went really light)
    B) 405
    C) 60#, 70#KB x 2 sets (I don’t have pairs of anything heavier)

  2. A) 125#, 150
    B) 150#, 175, 185, 200
    C) 210

    Strength:
    A) 85# first time doing these
    B) 300#
    C) done
