Weightlifting:
A) Tall Snatch: 3 sets of 5 @ 40%
B) Snatch from blocks @ bottom of knee: 60/3, 70/3, 75/3, 80-85/3*5 sets
C) Snatch to Explode + Snatch High Pull: 80/4+4*4 sets

Strength:
A) FS: 4×6 @ 75%
B) Push Press: 3×8 AHAP, unbroken reps
C) 3 sets x 15 GHD Situps

    • Hey Wade, it’s basically a ‘snatch deadlift’ to your power position, but you keep your torso/shoulders over the bar the entire time.

    The triples got rough but were good that was a PR triple at 165 for five sets. this cycle is great love it. We are really hitting my weaknesses you have been reading my mind.

    Sloppy today, just not feeling it after a long tiring weekend and 4 days away from the gym, did an extra set at the end to make up for a few misses earlier.
