Strength:
A) Snatch + Snatch 2in off floor: 60/1+2, 70/1+2, 75/1+2*3 sets
B) FS: EMOM x 6 min: 3 reps @ 75%

Skill:
5 Rounds:
A1) 6-8 Chest To Ring Strict Pullups, rest 90 sec
A2) 6-8 Weighted Ring Dips, rest 90 sec

Open 14.5 Repeat

OR

Go play something, or do a class workout.
We are going to take this week easy before we ease into off-season work next week

    1 RM Deadlift (Yeah, I know, probably not an ideal part of the plan but was programmed at the home gym): 480, a 22lb PR. First PR on DL in about 2 years.

    Conditioning: 50 Ball Slams, 50 Lateral Hops over Paralette, 50 Step Ups.
