B) Strict Press: 2×10 AHAP
C) 3×1 min plank hold weighted

  1. Damn. Today was tough! The snatch deadlifts were brutal.

    A) 50 kg x 5 +1, 55 kg x 3 + 1 x 3 sets
    B) worked up to 70 kg x 3 x 5 sets
    C) 80 kg x 10 x 3 sets

    Strength:
    A) 80 kg x 7 x 3 sets
    B) 40 kg x 10 x 2 sets, this was hard enough…
    C) 3×1 min plank hold, no weight added

    Lunge stretch

    1. Left shoulder grindy. 2. Had to drop down to get accustomed to the high blocks. Haven’t done snatches from blocks in forever. Was moving pretty ok towards the end. 3. Skipped snatch grip deadlifts to save my back a little and bc of all the pulling yesterday. These were tough. Quads are dead and I was a little all over the place on my descent. 5. Triceps are dead. That open WOD killed me. 6. Surprising how tough this was . Probably much needed for my back

  7. Felt great today the deload has me feeling fresh. I have a meet this weekend did day one of the last week of the comp taper plus the muscle snatch plus pause OHS with 135. Hit opener and warm up with no misses. Lots of energy and fire.
