B) CJ off blocks @ BK: 60/2, 70/2, 75/2×2

Strength:
A) Pause BS: 3×3 @75% with 12×1 tempo
B) GHD Back Extension Hod/ 4×45 secs

  1. Had to drop out this week, developed bicep tendonitis bad enough to prevent me from lifting overhead, hopefully two weeks off and I can join back in the fun when the new cycle starts
