  1. Did a test of 14.4, probably 80% effort… 184… Save your GRIP!! and quick singles on the cleans worked well for me… the row and T-2-B really taxed my muscle ups..

    40 WB- 15-15-10
    30 cleans- 5-quick singles
    4 MU all singles

    A) 181… SO BAD… only got 3 good sets in, lots of misses because of fatigue. I think I didn’t eat enough because I was shaking and felt close to passing out

    14.4 test run

    60 cal – 3 min … this felt pretty good
    50 t2b – 15-5-5-6-5-5-5-4 … probably only sets of 5, shorter rest
    40 WB – 31-9 … this got my heart rate way up, probably sets of 10
    30 cleans – 5-5-5-3-3-3-3-3… this took too long, dead by this point
    MU – with only 90 seconds left, set of 5 then a set of 2

  3. 190. Was on pace to finish cleans around 9:20 then got bubble gut. Finished cleans at 10:24 and died on muscle ups. Will redo Monday. Everything felt foot till the 7th clean.
