A) Split Jerk: Work up to 90/1*2 sets, rest 90 sec

EMOM x 14 min:

Odd Min:
OHS x 6 (115/75)
DU x 30

Even Min:
Deadlift x 4 (255/165)
Burpee Over Bar x 6 reps

  1. A) 220-225-234 (off 242.. i know, i broke the rules)

    CONDITIONING – done – swings instead of DU though, trying to limit the jumping

    A) 240

    Around .20-.27 seconds rest after OHS/FU
    Around 30-35 seconds rest per DL/Burpee

    Good workout, felt like a little higher intensity active recovery
