A) Jerk Balances: 4 sets of 3 @ 70%-80% of jerk max
B) Clean and Jerk: 60/3, 70/2+1, 80/2+1, 85/2+1* 3 sets
C) Cleanjerk (basically a clean immediately into a split jerk, think thruster from the ground but into a split): 60/3, 70/2, 75/1*3 sets

Strength:
A) FS: 75/2, 85/2, 95/2*2 sets
B) Clean Deadlift: 100/5, 105/5, 110-115/5*3 sets
