  1. Strength – based off of 133kg

    Skill – no place to do bar muscle ups, so 5 burpees and 10 swings a round

    Conditioning – crap ton of subs
    – no rower so subbed 300 doubleunders for 1000m, 200 du for 500m, 100 du for 250m
    – all pullups strict

    A) based off of 160# (no front squat, and added reps to p.clean and jerk)
    Conditioning: did Hang clean and jerk instead of thrusters (bad idea) @ 55#

    Rx off of 255.
    No misses

    Skill. Just worked on getting a bar muscle up as I’ve never done one. Didn’t get one today either.

    Skill – ceiling too low for MU, did MU transfers instead and 1.5 pood KB – done

    Conditioning – never did Jackie, so just did that instead

  6. Strength- done off of 320. Felt good.
    Skill- fell behind 1 min, 80 lb kb.
    Conditioning- did different wod.
    Amrap 10 min: 5 hc+jerk (135 lbs),10 pull-ups, 40 meter farmer walk 53 lb kbs. 8 rounds.

  7. A. Based off partners numbers at 295. Felt easy.
    B. Made 1st rd then turned into a combination of muscle ups, attempts and 10 swings.
    C. 14:12. Left to much in the tank. Shoulda turned it on in the 2nd round.

    way to long… 18…
    hit some snags getting to the gym and had limited time before coaching my athletes, so i pushed through this entire session with almost no rest had 2 mins between the C+FS+J and skill sets then 2 mins from the Swings right into my 1k row for conditioning… def felt the Cleand and FS when i hit the rower and thrusters… pull ups were fine. Felt like one long work capacity effort, think i was red lined somwhere in the skill set.

    A) Clean+FS+Jerk: 185, 200, 215×3. No misses. Felt rough.

    Skill:
    EMOM x 5 min: 2 mins completed as EMOM, following 3 rds did but allowing about 2 mins per round.

    Conditioning:
    21:27. Worst I have ever felt attempting Jackie. Shoulders basically shut down on me during the “first round”. It was a struggle from that point on.
