A) Clean Pull From Blocks @ Top Of Knee + Clean From Ground + Jerk: 4 sets between 80%-90%, rest 2-3min
B) FS: 70/3*3 sets

10 Min HS Hold/Walk Practice

6 Rounds For Max Reps:
30 sec ME Thrusters (95/65)
90 sec rest

  1. A) i managed to do wrong, i mis-read and did clean from blocks instead of a pull, followed by full clean and jerk.
    135, 135, 135, 135

    B) 120

    Conditioning: 84
    (14 each round…apparently i need to work on speed…i felt like i was going fast without rest, apparently not)

  2. A. 2 at 205, 2 at 225. Max is 255
    B. 215

    Skill. Done. Felt like I got a better walk going.

    Conditioning. 91 reps

  3. Had to double up and do this on friday afternoon, got my wisdom teeth removed on saturday.

    Skipped the conditioning because that would have been too much for one day.

    A) 218
    B) 200
