A) Clean Pull From Box @ Top Of Knee + Clean From Ground + FS + Jerk: 5 sets between 80%-90%
B) Clean Grip Deadlift: 100/5, 105/5, 110/5*2 sets

Strength:
A) FS: 70/3*6 sets
B) Seated DB Strict Press: 4 sets of 6 reps
C) Weighted Situps: 4 sets of 10
