A) Snatch Grip BN Strict Press: 4 sets of 5 @ 40%-50%
B) Snatch to max double off blocks @ bottom of knee
C) Snatch Pull To Hip From 3in deficit: 85/5, 90/4, 95/4, 100/4*3 sets

Strength:
A) BS: 60/3, 65/3, 70/3*6 sets
B) KB Bent Over Row + Hold At Top: 5 sets of 5 with 3 sec pause at the top of each set
C) Med-Ball Weighted V-Ups: 4 sets of 10

  1. BNSP…95, this movement hurts. Not in the “deep burn in my sweet thigh” manner, either.
    Full snatch doubles to 155, no blocks.
    DSPtoHip…190 final group.

    Squats to 240
    L-pulls with hold at top. Lower back tightening up. Thought this might work as a decent sub for the last two movements.
