  7. Hey E,

    A. This was really hard! I’m not sure if I was supposed to hold on to the bar the whole time but I did until 205 and 215. Other than that, I realized that I haven’t been shrugging and when I did 215 almost hit me in the face. A good realization I suppose.

    I am definitely having issues with the second pull (second vid). After that miss I hit 2 at 215 but it still feels a little off.
