A) Clean Only From Blocks @ top of knee: 60/3, 70/3, 75/3, 80-85/3*3 sets
B) Clean Pull From Floor: 100/5, 105/5, 110/5*2 sets

Skill:
4 Rounds:
30 sec ME MU, rest 60 sec

*if you fail on MU rest a full 3 min before starting next set

Conditioning:
AMRAP in 8min:
50 Double Unders
30 Pullups
15 DB Shoulder to Overhead (50/30)

  1. A. Done off 255. Felt good. No blocks so hang.
    B. done off 255. Thumbs have been killing me since last week of Bulgarian. Heavy lifts are mostly just hard on my thumbs.

    No muscle ups. Will work on them at home this afternoon. Can’t do any yet.

    Conditioning.
    1 round + DUs and pull-ups done on second round.

  2. A. 185×3, 215×3, 235×3, 250×3, 260×3, 265×3 – once I figured out how to pull from blocks again these actually felt pretty solid
    B. 315×5, 330×5, 345x5x2 – these got heavy

    MU’s – 6, 4 (missed 5 so rested longer), 5, 4

    Conditioning
    2 rounds even, pull-ups are not my friend

  3. Strength
    A) 78kg, 91kg, 98kg, 104kg, 111kg x 2
    B) 130kg, 137kg, 143kg x 2

    Skill – 10, 7, 8, 5 – hit 30 muscle-ups at 4:45, so also PR’d my 30 muscle ups for time while doing this

    Conditioning – 3 rounds

  4. A. 145, 170, 185, 195, 200, 210
    B. 245, 255, 270, 270
    Skill: no ring so subbed 3×3 dips and pull-ups
    Cond: 1rd+50du

  5. Strength:
