Last Day of the Bulgarian Cycle. Go get that PR.

Strength:
A) Snatch to max in 12 min (3 misses allowed)
Rest 15 min and eat something
B) CJ to max in 12 min (3 misses allowed)
C) FS to 3RM

Skill:
EMOM x 10 min: 5 Pistols E/L + 5 Burpees AFAP

Conditioning:
5 Rounds:
500m Row
15 Pullups
10 Ring Dips

    This sucked haha ended up cutting down on burpees a little to get at least a 20 sec rest for my legs on the pistols. All pistols completed but burpees went

    Conditioning
    Subbed hand release push ups for dips, shoulder couldn’t withstand even a single dip.

    • Dam thing posted before i got it all in…blah. A) 185 new PR +10lbs
      B) 225 new PR +10lbs
      C) 265 even couldn’t get 275.

      Last round of burpees was 5 then I did and 11th minute of just 15 burpees.

  2. All my pr’s were at the beginning of the week.
    Before this cycle maxes were
    Snatch: 185
    C+J: 225
    3rm front squat:255

    Now they are
    Snatch: 200
    C+J: 255
    3rm front squat: 285

    Today was:
    A. 185
    B. 240
    C. 270

    Skill. Done each round between 32-36 seconds.

    Conditioning: 24:48. That sucked so bad. Ring dips took forever.
