    A) My pistols are like unaged cheap whiskey. Terrible. So worked on flexibility without the weight. It’s an exercise in futility.
    B) Love the chest exercises. Reminds me of the College Years when you would try to get that “pump” before a sorority “crush” event. 40#

  6. A. No misses at RX % on snatches. 165 was 85% felt really easy.
    B. around 30 seconds for Power snatches and box jumps each round
    C. Used 35 pound kettle bell and 35 pound weight on my back. no ring push ups. Just regular.

    Conditioning. 5 Rounds + 15 wall balls with 3 seconds left.

    (just flew in last night and thought I would feel horrible doing today’s workout but felt great. The 85% feels really easy after maxing out daily. It used to scare me when I got to that weight. Thanks for the amazing programming.)

    A2) Weighted Ring Pushups x 6 @ 40X2 pace, rest 45 sec= 45, 55, 70,105×5, I screwed this up and somehow thought it was 4 seconds down 2 seconds in the bottom and no rest at the top. Probably should have gone heavier to start

    12 Toe To Bar
    =5 rounds + 2 Wall balls
