A) Power Snatch to max (miss once and move on) in 12 min
B) Power Clean and Power Jerk to max (miss once and move on) in 12 min

Strength:
A) BS: Find 3RM in 10 min
B) Clean Deadlift: 100/5* 4 sets, touch and go on all reps
C) GHD Hip Ext Weighted: 3 sets of 10

    • PM Oly:
      A) 186 (-5) … 191 pushed me into a squat
      B) 198 … tried 220 but was sinking into a squat so I just moved on
      Strength:
      A) 260 3rm BS
