A) Tall Snatch: 5 sets of 5 @ fast, light weight

B) Tall Clean: 5 sets of 5 @ fast, light weight

C) Unweighted GHD Hip Ext: 3 sets of 10: DEMO

  1. Sorry to bother you, everyday I have new questions :(.

    40-50 is a good % ? Or even lighter?
    My biggest problem was on the jerk, I can clean more 15kg than jerk.
    My split jerk was horrible, should I work on the jerk instead on the clean ?

    What would you recommend?
