131227: Deep Barbell

WeightlifTing:
A) Snatch Balances: 60/5, 70/3, 80/2*2 sets
B) Snatch: 70/2* 5 sets
C) Snatch High Pull: 100/3* 3 sets, goal is to get bar to sternum height

Strength:
A) BS: Find 1RM (film this is and send to me with name, weight on bar, amt of pr)
B) GHD Raises: 4×8

    Strength:
    A: 225# (10# PR)
    B: Skipped due to time.

    Is there a recommended rest between sets/exercises that we should follow? Or just go off how our body feels?

    A)315 (+15) Probably the ugliest squat I’ve ever done. I feel super exhausted today…Haven’t been sleeping well.

    A) 115 (0kg pr, hit my old 1RM but since I came in late on this cycle I was glad that I was still able to make my old 1RM. Got stuck in the hole with 120kg 3x but couldn’t grind it out.)

    A/B/C. Done off 90kg. No misses

    A. #345/157kg. 20# PR! Only have plates up to 140kg—weightlifting problems. 2-2 on squat PRs. Who knew hard work and perseverance paid off?

    B. Done.

  6. Did part of this on Thursday because I know I’ll have limited time friday morning and will only be able to do the back squat.
    WL:
    A) 130-140-160 (thought i was doing 120 instead of 130… woops)
    B) 137
    C) 198
