131222: Deep Performance

Next week is max week for the squatting but very light loading and intensity for the lifts. Be Prepared. Also got my first PR video today… you’ll see that tomorrow.

  1. Not good at rest days. PR’d my dead lift 440lbs… Got 450 above the knees but didn’t feel strong to go for lockout so put it down.
