I think we all have watched in person or heard about the incredible mobility and flexibility of small children. Specifically those right around the age of one when they learn to walk and squat on their own. Their capabilities at a young age create envy in many adults and older athletes. Recently I have gotten the opportunity to watch one of my training partner’s kid develop and learn to walk and squat and bend over. Today he was a squatting machine. Not surprisingly, his squat is something we can all learn from. After watching his dad squat and watching him squat I decided it would be best to do a side-by-side analysis of the two. Enjoy.
